					The Tacoma Rainiers, Triple-A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners, are looking for an outgoing personality to perform as our longtime mascot Rhubarb the Reindeer. This individual will be an integral part of our on-field entertainment and fan experience as well as a representative of the Rainiers in the community.
The applicant must be an upbeat and athletic performer capable of standing up to the physical rigors of professional mascot work. He/she must be confident, have a great sense of humor, and be a quick thinker with the ability to improvise on the spot and react to a lively situation.
No experience is necessary, but such skills as dancing, tumbling and acting are helpful.
Rhubarb will work closely with the Director of Game Entertainment and the Fun Squad to create the most entertaining game experience in minor league baseball!

Qualifications: 
&amp;bull; Must be able to commit to all 72 home games in the Rainiers season which will require evenings and weekends.

The Fun Squad brings tremendous amounts of energy to each and every Rainiers home game as well as adding to the overall entertainment value in the ballpark. The Fun Squad works closely with the Rainiers mascot Rhubarb and participates nightly in in-game promotions and skits while at the same time interacting with the fans.

The Entertainment Intern will report directly to the Director of Game Entertainment.
