SUMMARY

The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for handling all aspects of payroll and accounts payable.  Additionally, the Accounting Coordinator will handle AR payment, deposits, wire transfer entry bank report entry and credit card settlement entry.  Individuals applying for the position of Accounting Coordinator must a minimum of 1 year relatable experience and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.  This individual must be capable of learning how to operate the department’s accounting software and possess strong attention to detail. All work must be completed in a neat and professional manner within the allotted time frame.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Payroll including EDD, Unemployment & Garnishments.
  • Accounts Payable data entry
  • Accounts Receivable data entry
  • Weekly processing of Cash deposits
  • Daily processing of Cash transfers
  • Daily processing of Credit Card settlements
  • Departmental Filing and general clerical tasks
  • Assist with preparation for audit

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field desired

The EMT staff is responsible to assist our guest and fans with any first aid or medical attention needed which includes; being attentive, positive and showing compassion.

SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic, driven individual to work in our marketing department as a Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that requires the ability to deliver timely and creative design solutions. The marketing department is responsible for visual communications including development of all sales and marketing materials such as sales flyers and posters.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the creative aspects for River Cats branding, marketing materials including: print, online, TV, radio, billboards, etc.

  • Responsible for designing the game day program issues, content and covers.

  • Assist with the creation, editing and trafficking/printing of sales and marketing collateral pieces.

  • Manage the construction and maintenance of raleyfield.com.

  • Provide input, ideas and concepts for the overall marketing campaign.

  • Understand the River Cats brand essence and create and develop impactful artwork and designs.

  • Other duties will be designated by the Company as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts and/or related field

  • Experience in magazine layout and design required, copy editing experience preferred

  • 2+ years of working in an agency or professional sports team preferred

  • Capable of working independently
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and prioritize workload, with on-time and high-quality delivery. Ability to work under tight/strict deadlines.

  • Able to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.

  • Must have good organizational, communication, and writing skills.

The Inside Sales Representative is an entry level position in which you will learn about the sports industry from a ticket sales perspective.  You will be soliciting potential clients by phone to sell season seats and group outings all while providing outstanding service to our guests and clients.
