Big Picture: A Corporate Sales AE will be equipped with the best sales training in sports and will run his/her own business. You will be calling on and meeting with Presidents and CEOs of companies, small to large and providing solutions to their business needs. • Responsible for sales of Sacramento River Cats and Raley Field ticket inventory, including but not limited to non-business group outings, Theme Nights, Nightly Hospitality Areas.

• Provide excellent customer service to all existing and potential clientele.
• Leadership and oversight of in-game group events.
• Professionally represent the organization at business and community functions.

Summary:
Raley Field, home of the Sacramento River Cats, has an immediate opening for a Facility Engineer. This position is responsible for supervising outside tradesmen as well as the in-house operations and cleaning crew. Managerial skills and technical expertise are essential qualifications for this job.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be knowledgeable of, and implement operating and maintenance policies/procedures consistent with all applicable laws, codes, ordinances, safety precautions, and emergency procedures
• Evaluate, prioritize and execute all work requests by utilizing department personnel
• Prepare schedules to support facility events
• Plans and directs preventive maintenance, engineering and capital projects
• Monitors and ensures that all policies, procedures and guidelines are followed in daily work routines for all department staff
• In conjunction with the department director and maintenance personnel, assists in the development and monitoring of the annual department budget; monitors and manages budget on an on-going basis
• Develops an emergency action plan for system malfunctions or breakdowns; develops corrective actions and solutions
• Oversee and support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
• Oversee and provide proper control of inventories of supplies, spare parts, shop tools and equipment
• Implement and document cost saving strategies
• Provides safety training for staff; reinforces the use of proper skills and safety practices
• Direct, supervise and schedule all aspects of plant maintenance and engineering, ensure proper operation of all systems including, but not limited to; building automation systems, electrical systems and plumbing.
• Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed
• Managing/overseeing and controlling:
o Overall ERP: Emergency Response Program.
o IIPP: Injury, Illness Prevention Program.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• A thorough knowledge of all building systems such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Fire protection, Building Energy Management Systems, electrical codes, OSHA regulations, and safe working techniques.
• Proven ability to plan and schedule maintenance work and direct skilled tradespersons and technicians in the performance of their duties.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organization, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Basic proficiency in use of computer (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Education and Formal Training:
• High school diploma or GED.
• HVAC & Electrical certification preferred.
Experience:
• A minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience as a skilled technician in one or more of the following: carpentry, electrical, mechanical, HVAC maintenance/repair of building maintenance, and plumbing.
• Previous experience in large, multiuse entertainment facility preferred.

The Inside Sales Representative is an entry level position in which you will learn about the sports industry from a ticket sales perspective. You will be soliciting potential clients by phone to sell season seats and group outings all while providing outstanding service to our guests and clients.
