The Video Production team is looking for motivated and reliable game day production assistants for the 2015 Nashville Sounds baseball season. Duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

- Serve as Director/TD using a Ross Carbonite switcher

- Operating a hard or RF wireless camera during home games, to include setup and tear down of equipment (4 camera positions total - one wireless, 3 fixed)

-Operate NewTek 3Play instant replay machine

-Operate Ross Xpression graphics machine

-Operate Click Effects Crossfire video playback machine

-Operate Click Effects Blaze LED digital signage machine (two positions)

-Operate Click Effects ProAudio computer along with audio mixer

-Operate Balls/Strikes/Out machine

-Operate as video shader and game day engineer

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Time commitment for entire 2015 season, plus playoffs, running from April 2015 through September 2015

- Able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays for 72 regular season home games (and potentially playoffs)

- Work within a team

- Follow direction

- Standing on feet for up to 4 hours (camera operators)

- Knowledge of baseball recommended

- Knowledge of live broadcasting recommended

- Experience is strongly preferred but willing to train the right people

- 18 years of age or older

The Manager of Guest Services is a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual that is responsible for ensuring satisfaction for all Nashville Sounds ticket holders. The Manager of Guest Services will lead and manage game day staff and service teams with a positive attitude.

The Manager of Guest Services will work closely with all departments to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to improve fan loyalty, retention, and customer service levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Credibly and responsibly present oneself as the “face” of the organization to all premium and season ticket holders
  • Assist in management of  a guest service staff that will provide top-notch customer service at First Tennessee Park
  • Assist in training and evaluating performances based on the Customer Service Program
  • Prepare schedules for each home stand
  • Prepare materials for game for use during the pregame meeting.
  • Properly educate the guest service staff with useful information to help fans enjoy their First Tennessee Park experience
  • Anticipate and resolve all fan complaints, requests, and inquiries; handle difficult fans and situations in a calm and professional matter, ensuring that each fan interaction results in increased loyalty to the team
  • Define, measure, and continuously improve in and out-of-ballpark fan service levels and processes
  • Foster teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication within ALL departments in the front office and game day staffs
  • Work closely with all areas of Ticket Sales and Service, Box Office, Marketing, Baseball Operations, Facilities Staff, Game Presentation, PR, and Sponsorship teams to execute integrated programs

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1-3 years Full Time sports, sales and/or event management experience.

Facility Operations/Security: Facility/Venue Management
Stadium Operations Assistant - Nashville Sounds Baseball Club (Nashville, TN)

The Stadium Operations Assistant is responsible for ensuring that First Tennessee Park operates in an efficient manner and is held to the highest standard of cleanliness.


• Assists to oversee all in-stadium operations including cleaning, construction, upkeep and general maintenance to ensure facility is in the best possible condition for every event held on the premises

• Assist in the coordinatation of the setup/tear down of the facility for each event; this will include, but is not limited to, picnic table set-up for groups, garbage can placement, concourse table set-up, coordination with the sponsorship and marketing departments, and cleaning and preparing the concourse, restrooms, gates, and fun zone

• Serve as a contact for the stadium clean-up crew following each event held at facility; this involves a walk-through each morning after the crew has completed cleaning the stadium to ensure all areas have been cleaned

• Provide excellent customer service while addressing fan complaints/issues

• Assist in overseeing the game/ event parking operation for the stadium

• Assist in the development of and follow maintenance schedule of First Tennessee Park; the maintenance schedule will include, but not be limited to, HVAC systems, elevator, electrical, roofing, plumbing, scoreboard, and all other building and facility needs

• Asssist in the recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating of game day personnel, including ushers, ticket takers, parking staff, and custodial personnel

• Serve as apoint of contact for third-party security and EMS vendors

• Maintain First Tennessee Park as a secure facility; this will include, but is not limited to, monitoring the alarm system, off-hours security, and securing the facility each night

• Maintain shop tools and supply inventory

• Troubleshoot and fix any problems during events

• Order supplies and equipment to maintain the stadium

• Organize and control facility storage areas

• Hire, train, develop and mentor Stadium Operations interns

• Coordinate and monitor Stadium Operations intern work schedules

• Maintain preventive maintenance manual for the facility

• Assist in the coordination and management of baseball related and parking facility rentals

• Assist in developing, instituting and implementing fan policy guidelines, employee handbook/policy manual, and company emergency plan

• Maintain a positive working relationship with all departments

• Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned by management as needed

Background: Successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience with facility management. Individual must have strong management experience. Individual must have strong planning and organization skills and be creative. Individual will be familiar with Microsoft Office. Individual must be energetic, enthusiastic, and demonstrate an initiative in completing all tasks at hand. Individual must be able to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives.  Hands on construction and/or maintenance experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements: Extended hours of work between the months of March to September. Candidate must have the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment. Individual must have the capability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
