Facility Operations/Security: Usher/Ticket Taker
Fan Hosts - Nashville Sounds (Nashville, TN)

The Fan Host is a part-time seasonal position for the 2017 home games at First Tennessee Park for the Nashville Sounds. We are looking for highly personable, energetic, and attentive people to assist our fans with any needs they may have at the park, including but not limited to: seat locations, restrooms, concession items and locations, and any other miscellaneous questions and/or needs. Fan Hosts must also be aware of fan’s safety at all times.

Job Description:
•    Communicate effectively and professionally with guests
•    Appropriately greet guests and accurately scan tickets
•    Searching bags of guests that enter First Tennessee Park according to specific guidelines
•    Follow all policies and procedures of the organization and ballpark
•    Be friendly, upbeat, respectable, and personable to guests at all times
•    Be aware and attentive to all guests needs and safety
•    Handling guest issues according to ballpark guidelines and code of conduct

Qualifications:
•    1+ years of customer service experience preferred
•    16+ years of age and authorized to work in the United States
•    Lives in Nashville, Tennessee or middle Tennessee area
•    Positive, upbeat, respectful, and friendly personality
•    Team player attitude and willing to work within a team environment
•    Good verbal communication skills
•    Ability to interact with a diverse group of guests in a friendly and positive manner
•    Physical requirements include ability to stand 5+ hours at a time and walk up and down stairs
•    Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays within the months of April through September
•    Work shifts that could last up to 5+ hours
•    Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Sales & Marketing: Ticket Operations
Ticket Operations Manager - Nashville Sounds (Nashville, TN)

The Ticket Operations Manager will play an essential role in the daily operations of the Ticket Office. Reporting to the Director of Ticket Operations, the Ticket Operations Manager is responsible for providing support to fans at the box office and assisting the Ticket Sales and Services departments with various initiatives.

Responsibilities

* Process season, group, single game, and internal ticket orders

* Assist in maintaining the Ticketmaster ticketing system and Microsoft Dynamics CRM

* Provide operations support to the Ticket Sales and Ticket Services departments

* Oversee all ticket office operations, including customer service support, will call and walk-up ticket sales

* Hire, train, and schedule all seasonal ticket office staff

* Maintain game day ticket scanning system at all customer entry points

* Print and distribute all online, phone, and group ticket orders daily

* Assist and review the setup of all ticketing related builds on Ticketmaster

* Provide support for marketing by creating customer data reports for email marketing and direct mailers

* Assist in managing all customer account maintenance

* Assist in managing all ticket inventory for season tickets, hospitality, and suites

* Accurately reconcile all cash and create daily sales reports for accounting

* Implement new ideas to improve the day to day work flow of the Ticket Operations and Service department

* Work with group and season ticket services in planning and executing Season Ticket Member and group leader events

* Other duties as assigned by Director of Ticket Operations and VP of Sales

Qualifications

* 4 year college degree or combination of equivalent education and experience

* Prior experience in the ticketing or sports industry is highly desired

* 3+ years experience with Ticketmaster software (Archtics, Host, TMone)

* 1+ years experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)

* Strong written and oral communication, prioritization, and organizational skills

* Provide outstanding customer service while working in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment

* Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines for various projects

* Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
