Position Overview:

The Account Executive’s main responsibility is to produce group ticket revenue by developing and maintaining season ticket accounts. The AE will sell new accounts to decision makers within businesses and with residential accounts. The AE will also sell new groups accounts through outside sales appointments with businesses, and over the phone sales as needed..

Essential Job Functions:
• Meet all sales goals assigned.
• Set appointments over the phone with decision-makers, consistently meeting the weekly goals for sales appointments.
• Master all sales presentations (taught in sales training), and deliver it in front of company decision-makers, tailoring packages according to each company's needs, and handling objections in an effort to bring in new season seat accounts.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential group- and season-seat customers.
• Contact group leaders through the database and through new leads, particularly after a direct mail piece is released, to bring in new sales.
• Prospect for quality leads, particularly through asking for referrals.
• Provide customer service to existing accounts by visiting with them during games, as well as provide amenities.
• Make phone calls during the season and off-season to ensure personalized, continual contact with ticket holders.
• Work with the Box Office to update certain sales reports.
• Complete any customer service an operational duties in season as assigned.

Skill Requirements:

Candidates must have at least one year experience in group or season ticket sales; internships count.

Position Summary:  Individual is an integral part of service team that ensures effective communication with all clients and superb execution of all agreements for the Fresno Grizzlies. 

Essential Functions:

1.         Assist with the day-to-day management of client accounts.

2.         Assist Director of Sales with daily activities and tasks as assigned including ticket sales and attendance reports. 

3.         Facilitate and process client contracts and ticket requests.

4.         Provide superior customer service in an effort to strengthen relationships with all existing clients.

Job Description

The Special Events Manager is responsible for generating non-game day event revenue by prospecting, selling, planning, organizing and executing events for the Oklahoma City Dodgers. These events could include, but are not limited to: meetings, parties, receptions, concerts, trade shows, banquets, etc.

We are looking for the next super star on our sales team. This individual will be a full time employee of the Aces baseball club. You’ll be making outbound phone calls, going on face to face meetings with prospects, touring clients around Greater Nevada Field, and working prospect events. You will work all home baseball games during the Aces season and outside events as scheduled. The primary objective of this position is building relationships and generating revenue for the Aces ticket sales department.


·        Sell a full menu of ticket products for the Aces baseball club, including, but not limited to full and partial season ticket packages, group tickets and hospitality packages.

·        Make cold calls from lists of area companies provided to sell full and partial season ticket packages and group tickets.

·        Successfully follow up with clients and prospective clients in order to build relationships to help provide repeat business and to meet excellent customer service requirements.

·        Proactively create opportunities for new business through up selling opportunities and referrals from existing clients.

·        Contact past customers in order to generate new ticket sales.

·        Conduct in-arena appointments and tours of Greater Nevada Field to assist in closing new business and developing new relationships.

Minimum Qualifications

·        Undergraduate degree in business/sales/marketing/sports management or similar concentration.

·        Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with internal and external clients at all levels of an organization.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
